Just finished a painful triathlon race yesterday and to safe my battery i turned off the Bluetooth during the race. After my 85km cycle, i stopped that workout to start my 21km run. At the end of the day, only my run was recorded and there's no sign of my ride no matter how many times i try to sync the watch. Why would this happen? It was a race i tried hard on and wanted to analyze the route and my heart rate. 😥 Any ideas? Cheers

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @Waionn009, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community.
Wow, it sound very odd! Thanks a million for reporting this, not sure if this is the first time that it happens. We might have to restart your tracker a couple of times in case that it is a software issue; and keep an eye on it for the next days. You can get back to us if you notice the same issue or any other strange behavior from your Surge. I hope this won't happen again but please keep us posted.
Sorry about your missing data, I know that you expected to see your data reflected on your Dashboard since you did your best. If you wish you can manually log your ride so you don't lose all the information from your stats, but it's up to you. To manually log an activity: Tap on your "Track exercise" (it has a picture of a little man running) > Tap on stop watch (in the upper right corner) > Enter the information. This is not the ideal option, but at least you don't loose your calories for the day!
If you're using GPS to track your rides take in count the information in this post to make sure it is properly connecting, it might help.
I encourage you to keep tracking your activities, and keep giving your best!
See you around!
