Has anyone had issues with their Fitbit Surge menu button not working? This is a brand new replacement unit and it syncs fine. However the only way I got into the menu screen was when I changed my clock display from my smartphone interface. I turned on the classic feature, back light and notifications etc then. However the scrolling was very jerky and buggy even after moistening my finger. None of the buttons allowed me to then exit the menu. I had to leave it until the clock display reappeared.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
