Hi
my surge is stuck on update mode, I have restarted the surge three times and it just goes back to update and I have also cleared the device on my iPhone and tried to set up the device again , it can’t find the surge as stuck in update mode
any ideas

Thanks for trying all those steps, you're doing a great job! Too bad you Fitbit got stuck. Please try to finish the update via computer, some user have found this useful. First download the Fitbit Connect to connect via Wireless Dongle if you have it. You will find an option that says "Check for the device update".
