Mile marker vibrations, now not working. How do I reset?

When I now run, my mile marker, was set to vibrate, now it doesn't. Any ideas on how to make it work again?

Have checked most settings, and this forum, but to no avail.

Here is how to restart. Try doing it at least 3 times

Also check under your setting to make sure it is still marked
