Very welcome to the Community @Jramundson! In order to make your distance more accurate, try to adjust your Stride Length, after that restart your Fitbit tracker and Sync it.
I hope this info helps you, let me know how it goes! ![]()

Thanks for clarifying @Jramundson
! If you are syncing with your computer you should try to clear the browser cache, to see how to clear your cache on a variety of browsers you can go to: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache. However, if you are syncing with your cellphone try the following:
1. Open the Fitbit App and log out
2. Turn off the Bluetooth and also your cellphone
3. Restart your tracker
4. Turn On your cellphone and also the Bluetooth
5. Finally, Log back into your Fitbit app and set up the tracker as a new Fitbit device
Keep me posted, I'll be aware!
