I just got the Surge for Christmas 2015, and now the Blaze is out. I would like to know if since my Surge is so new, worn 10 times because I like my Flex better (size wise not as bulky) if I could exchange the Surge for a Blaze? I know the Surge is more expensive than the Blaze so is this possible?

Fitbit doesn't has such service to exchange trackers. When needing a replacement in warranty, Fitbit sends the same tracker of the same model if needed.
It's only possible to get a full refund for the current tracker when purchased directly from Fitbit and having the tracker for less than 45 days..
Feel free to check out http://www.fitbit.com/returns
Possible option is to buy the Blaze and sell your Surge.. on a site like ebay
