Miss leading battery indicator

I was going by my visual battery indicator and low battery warning. Would get warning 2 1/2 days from full. Ignored warning and battery died in 4 days. This is with all features on no GPS. Can somewhat accept 4 days. The indicator and warning trigger to early. I thought my battery was going bad. After 6 months of ownership though the battery has about 20% less storage. I am sure many going by the indicator think the battery life is horrible but it probably has 36 more hours left. At least that is my case.

@Rjminasi It's great to see you in the Community! Sorry to hear that your Surge's battery is not lasting as long as it should. Your tracker's battery should last up to 7 days between full charges. Take a look at this article, which contains some tips in order to save battery life.

 

Also, I recommend cleaning the contacts of your tracker and charger with a cotton swab.
