Mobile app not syncing Apple iPhone 6 plus - surge

Hi 

I have a surge and am unable to sync to Apple Iphone 6 plus app.

 

I can sync to my laptop.

 

I have: checked I am running most current software, uninstalled and reinstalled app and now am unablle to log back in  - screen says loggin in but the wheel just keeps turning - any suggestions? Thanks

Tried all of that - Fitbit representative advised "check date and time set to 'set automatically' I've just done that and it's fixed the issue! Who would thought hey!

Glad to see you on board @marleycat! Why don't you try to force quite the Fitbit App, turn off your phone for a moment, and turn it back on after a few seconds; and try to log in into your Fitbit Account again. This should solve the App crash. Once you're log in, restart your Fitbit Surge a couple of times and follow this instructions. If it is not connecting back on the phone try the computer again, check the steps in this postSmiley Wink
