Hi
I have a surge and am unable to sync to Apple Iphone 6 plus app.
I can sync to my laptop.
I have: checked I am running most current software, uninstalled and reinstalled app and now am unablle to log back in - screen says loggin in but the wheel just keeps turning - any suggestions? Thanks

Tried all of that - Fitbit representative advised "check date and time set to 'set automatically' I've just done that and it's fixed the issue! Who would thought hey!

Glad to see you on board @marleycat! Why don't you try to force quite the Fitbit App, turn off your phone for a moment, and turn it back on after a few seconds; and try to log in into your Fitbit Account again. This should solve the App crash. Once you're log in, restart your Fitbit Surge a couple of times and follow this instructions. If it is not connecting back on the phone try the computer again, check the steps in this post.
It should do the trick, otherwise feel free to contact a Fitbit representative for further assistance!
