Hi there, I'm wondering if the Music part of the Surge works in NZ.  I can't seem to find it on fitbit and/or figure it out on phone or PC.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Oh, I've finally figured it out now.  I'm a happy chappy 🙂

I just had to reset my bluetooth.

Welcome to the Community @selinabena! I'm glad to know your Music control is working fine now. Here are the steps that will help you to set up your music control in the future, just in case Smiley Wink 

 

  1. On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
  2. In the list of devices, find your tracker.
  3. Tap the icon next to the tracker name and then tap Forget this Device.
  4. Restart your mobile device.
  5. Try setting up music control again.
