It’s so disappointing to see the life of my battery drain before my very eyes. It really breaks my heart due to the fact that my surge was replaced for me due to a broken strap of my first one. And also it doesn’t sync with my new iPhone X. Please how can it be sync and how can I restore the battery of my surge. It only last for 2-5hours when fully charged.
I'd been having this problem when all of a sudden it just shut right off. I then recharged it and since then it has been fine again, so maybe let the battery drain completely and the watch shut down, then recharge and see what happens.
This is my third Surge. What a piece of junk!!!!!! The first two would not take a charge. The current one will charge but lasts no more than an hour or two.
