Just trying to charge my Surge. While chargin an arrow appears but after all no way to start. I tried with a reset but nothing....

@clant2000 maybe, but not sure what exactly you're talking about, and have worked on literally hundreds of Fitbit Surge trackers, why not take some photos and attach them to your post so I or others might have suggestions.
