My suggestions

I have been using Fitbit Surge for over a year and I like it. However going forward to keep me you really need to do several things. Here are my suggestions.
1. You need a device that works in a pool to log swimming. Not a seperate device.  One that works for running w gps and swimming laps and open water.
2. you need a device that will track miles on a bike.  When i try to measure a course or distance on a bike with surge it is all messed up for some reason.
3. your web site and app need to be more engaging. I would like to share my runs with my friends on facebook but cant.  If i can it is much too complicated.  want to do it in one click.   I cant upload or synch my runs on MapMyRun or any other site a well. I can do that easily with my old Garmin and other devices .
4. Sharing would be great for coaches . I coach runners and it would be great if i could see their workouts. See a map of where they ran and their stats for that run.  I would be able to encourage them to use Fitbit rather than other competing devices like Garmin or Apple Watch.

These are just my suggestions and hope going forward some of these can be implemented so i can remain a Fitbit user.

The features forum is where the developers look for new ideas. Also if it gets a lot of votes they look at that as well.

"Feature Forum"?  I was told to post it here when i posted it somewhere else.  I think Fitbit needs to get their house in order. kind of disappointed that get no response from fitbit.  not the way to treat customers.
