My surge went black after an iOS update

I bought my fitbit Surge Friday and it had worked perfectly until i updated my IPhone to the iOS 9.3.3 version yesterday. Battery was about 50% at that time. Just minutes after the update my Surge went all black and it does not work. The green pulse lights are also not working. I have tried the left buttom/down right alternative. No effect. Anyone that can help me out?

Have you put it into its charger?

Or force a sync?

It's great to see you around @AlfE and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by! Woman Very Happy If your Blaze is not illuminating, I recommend restarting and after the restart process, put it to charge. It should illuminate and charge.

Let me know how it goes. Woman Happy
