We have tried everything to try and pair up my new Surge, to both my iPhone 7 and windows 10 laptop, with no luck, it knows it’s there, appears in dashboard, but will not do the update or go any further, Fitbit last attempt says try on an android device, I don’t have one, so this isn’t an option. Please help anyone!!!!!!

Hi @Mtdobson! Please receive a warm welcome to the Fitbit Family! It's great to see you participating in our Community!
Congrats on your new Surge! If you're having issues connecting with your iPhone 7, please check that it is running the latest firmware version and your Fitbit App is up to date too. Restart your Surge and then give it a try again with this instructions!
If that doesn't help and you have the option to use a computer please add back your tracker to your Fitbit Account using the Fitbit Connect program on your computer via Wireless Dongle.
I'll be around in case that you have questions about it.
