When I go to choose the exercise the only choice I have is free run?? I have updated my choices on the dashboard and re synced the watch and app. Help appreciated Thanks in Advance 🙂

That's odd! But thanks for trying those steps and for taking the time to get some help here. I'd suggest to restart your Surge again and then reconnect your Fitbit with these steps. Then you can modify your Fitbit options from the Dashboard and this time it should sync with no hassle.
