On my 5th surge and after starting it up for the first time this one also doesn't work. First one bubbled and practically fell apart, 2nd the buttons didn't work, 3rd touchscreen stopped working, 4th the buttons didn't work and this one the touchscreen doesn't work. Keep being fobbed off with a replacement but they just don't work.
