I need to return my Fitbit charge do so that I can get a Fitbit surge how do I go about doing that I bought my Fitbit charge to in a retail store so it was 3 days ago and they do not have the surge so can you send the search to me with an RMA number so I can return this charge to and get credit

Hi, @My_Tracker, if you didn't buy directly from Fitbit you will not be able to make a return to them. The fastest way of sorting this out is to return your Charge 2 where you bought it for a full refund and, since they don't have the Surge, go online and buy the Surge from Fitbit. The advantage of buying from Fitbit is they have a 45 day return policy (although you may have to pay shipping charges for returns).
