Hi, I resently had to purchase a new phone as I flushed my old one in the toilet! Once I installed the fitbit app to my new phone it didn't recognise my e-mail or anything. I set up a new account using the same info as before but all my past stuff has gone. All it seems to remember are my achivements e.g. Marathon badge etc. It even says I joined fitbit today?

Is there anyway I can get this info back?

You need to set it up with you original email and then you will retain all your info

 

I'm not understanding it did not recognize your email it should.  Make sure you are typing it correctly.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @MariaHards Smiley Very Happy! My friend @WendyB is right... When you changed your phone you just needed to select the "Log in" option and enter your email address and password (the same you used with the old phone). 

 

Now if you have set up your tracker again using a different account, try following these steps and make sure this time you log with the correct credentials. Before doing the set up process, log out of your app and log in using the original email, then you can follow the steps to set up the new device to bring back all your data.
