New phone and not syncing

I have a new phone and cannot now sync to my new phone...ive tried reinstalling the app, but no joy

Have you checked that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

 

Do you still have your old phone? Make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in the bluetooth settings that might be blocking connection to the new phone.

I've just checked, it's not compatible... It didn't even occur to me to
check... I am having a mini breakdown right now 😭😂

Ouch! Sorry to hear that @Sammyjojo. But don't worry if you have a computer you can use it to sync. In my case, when I didn't have a compatible device I noticed that after force quieting the Fitbit App and rebooting the Bluetooth my tracker was able to sync, you can give it a try too! Smiley Wink
