Have you checked that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
Do you still have your old phone? Make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in the bluetooth settings that might be blocking connection to the new phone.

Ouch! Sorry to hear that @Sammyjojo. But don't worry if you have a computer you can use it to sync. In my case, when I didn't have a compatible device I noticed that after force quieting the Fitbit App and rebooting the Bluetooth my tracker was able to sync, you can give it a try too! ![]()
