New surge not charging

Hi 

I have just received my third replacement it has been on charge for 4 hours but the app on my phone says battery is empty have tried 3 charge cables and done a reset  

help I’m sick of  this

The app only shows the battery level as it was when it last synced. Could it just be out of date and your fitbit has charged ok?

It took 6 hours to change seems ok at the moment we will see how it goes
