No Running Cues?

I'm trying to set up the run cues in my new surge through my samsung phone

the instructions on this site say to go menu- surge- exercise shortcuts- run- run cues.

I get as far as the list of exercises on the exercise shortcuts page, but nothing happens when I click on them, no new menu appears, or anything else, except a bar across the word flashing to show that it has been pressed.

How do I get the run cues option to show on screen?

Try this @Maree3, from a pc log into fitbit.com dashboard then click the grey gear in the upper right of the page (you might have to open the window a little wider to find it), click on the pic of your surge from the drop down, scroll down to run cues for freerun and choose whether the cues are in miles or minutes... When the Run Cue interval is reached, your device will show summary data from that specific lap interval.
