I'm sure I'm just a knucklehead... But my new Surge doesn't have a selection to edit the clock setting... Just has..Edit profile, Push Notifications, Heart Rate. Wth? What am I missing...? Thanks Suz

Unfortunately the belt is not replaceable on the Surge as the electronics are built into it. If you need to replace the belt then you need to replace the entire thing.
If you are still within warranty (you can check at www.fitbit.com/returns ) then you can contact customer support via one of the options in the following link to discuss a possible replacement:

Thanks mate! I finally contact them. However, they r very stubborn.
I have to pass my original fibit surge package case and the invoice to them
Otherwise, they refuse to repair for me.
