From the internet go to your dashboard, click or touch the gray'd gear in the upper right.
click or touch the picture of your surge
scroll down to "Exercise shortcuts"
click or touch the blue link "edit exercise shortcuts"
put a check mark next to a few of the short cuts you'd like to display on your surge.
exit by going to your dashboard.
resync your surge.
Should now be some choices when you tap the exercises screen on your surge, swipe through them
Let us know if this gets you out and on the road @Shipley32
