Is there a way to set vibration? My husbands band doesn't vibrate on notifications.

Hey @dwillsgirl how are you today? sounds to bad that your husband's Surge is not vibrating. But don't worry let me suggest you something, please try to restart the Fitbit and please let me know if it vibrates when he set alarms, reaches his goal and receive call or text notifications.
