Fitbit not syncing

I got a fitbit surge for xmas and I have not been able to sync it to my phone at all. I have tried turning it off, turning my phones Bluetooth off, nothing is working

Hi @Johnsonw, welcome to the Community! hmmm ok I can see you have tried some steps to make your Surge syncs. However it seems that you haven't tried to set up your Fitbit as a new device, so I would like you try that. In addition, if you use the Mobile app to sync, I would like you to make sure you are have the most updated operation system on your iPhone and that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app.
