Please please help me. My Fitbit Surge is not charging everyday and when it does charge it doesn't hold the charge for very long. I got it in May and it had a couple of glitches with holding a charge but resets always sorted it. Now I can't do anything with it. Do I contacts you directly or go back through Amazon. Thank you.

I’m not sure what you mean by "not charging everyday": do you connect it to the charging cable everyday, but sometimes it’s charging, sometimes not? If so, have you checked the golden connectors on the back of your Surge? They may be dirty and/or worn, which may prevent good contact with the pins of the charging cable. I sometimes need to move a little bit the head of the charging cable for good contact to happen. I do it until I see the flash symbol on the Surge display (telling me it’s charging). Then, I leave it alone and try not to move it at all.

Thank you for replying. Will clean connectors and give it another go. Some days it charges and some days it doesn't and as it no longer holds a charge I have to charge it every day. 😟
