My fitbit Charger has not synced since Feb. 29th. Leap Year date. And I can't get it to work. Please help!

I also had an issue with my Surge not syncing.

My tablets time and date did not update correctly and was no longer matching the time and date on my Surge.

I turned off my tablets bluetooth, updated the time and date, rebooted my tablet, turned on bluetooth, and it synced.

Make sure your fitbit device and sync device both show the same time and date.

Also try turning off and on the bluetooth, or even rebooting both devices.

Just an idea to try.

Hope you solve your issue!

@Curlyrae welcome to the Fitbit Community! Did @almost2crazy's troubleshooting advice help your Surge to sync? If not, you can also take a look at this thread which has helpful tips on how to get it to sync

I've also relocated your question to the Surge Help Forum so that it can get visibility by other people who are also having Surge sync issues.

Let me know if I can help with anything else!

I have a Fitbit Charge, not a Surge. I've been trying everything. Still
not syncing. This is very frustrating. The time is correct on the Charge.
I've hooked it up to the battery charger and it still doesn't sync. I've
tried the Bluetooth tips and it still doesn't work. I've tried to restart
it and it still doesn't work. My phone can not talk to it anymore. HELP!

Welcome to the Community @Curlyrae! I'd like toknow if you already tried to set up your tracker as a new device. If you're using and iOS device I think these instructions will help.

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

Let me know if you're using a different device. Smiley Wink
