I bought this fit bit surge and find out its not compatible with my galaxy note 5. Can't access my messages and/or phone calls. Disappointed.

Welcome to the Community @Billwah. Our team still testing the compatibility of this phone. I recommend syncing your tracker with a computer or a compatible device, also you can keep an eye on our list of Compatible Mobile Devices for any update.
