Notifications not working on my S8

I cannot get text or call notifications on my fit it since switching to S8. I have re-added the device, checked settings, enabled notifications, and rebooted but still not getting them.

Thanks for the details you included in your post and the steps you already tried. Please make sure that your phone and Fitbit App are up to date. Restart your phone and tried these steps. Is your Fitbit also having singing issues? Are you getting an specif error?
