My Surge has been stuck on Oct 29. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips and I still get the error 18 message. I’ve spent at least 30 hours trying to get this issue resolved. Please help. I love my Surge.

I'll be my best to help you with this! I've heard about BluetoothErrorDomain error 18 during Firmware update, not sure if that's the same error you're getting. You can also try these steps to help your little buddy to connect again. If you're using an iOS device check this other post.
