I am from SPAIN. The Information of nutritional content of foods is confusing because is not indicated for which basic amount of food. In Europe the standard bases is for 100 g of the food. Moreover the water content is not indicated, therefore you cannot made an estimation of the total.
I strongly suggests the this must be improved showing the contents on a standardized form, i.e.: per 100g or as %
