Can anyone help me as data preceding Dec 2015 is not displaying, is this data stored somewhere, how can I access it?

If you are using the same account/email, it should all be there.  If you are looking on phone app, sometimes it just takes a while to scroll back through old data.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
