Surge Battery error

I have had my Surge for several years and love it!

This morning I went to charge it and now have an icon of a battery with exclamation mark.

I hope this can be fixed locally as I am in Australia.

You can try restarting it: restart

 

If that does not work it is time for a new tracker.
