Run Data Completely Incorrect

My fitbit is not accurately reporting my run data. I just went for a 3.5 mile run for about 30 minutes. However, the app displays only 1.23 miles and a pace of 5,739 minutes per mile. The time and date are also off, showing the run took place on April 8 (it took place today).

When I look at my splits, the data changes again. It shows 4.77 miles. My first and third miles are at 9'10'' and 9'57'' respectively. My second mile shows 7,056 minutes and 1 second. My fourth "mile" actually shows 1.77 miles at 2'44''.

Sounds like your fitbit is not syncing properly and is haven't some data issues.

Have you tried restarting your fitbit: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?

Please do it 3-4 times as it sometimes takes a few tries to fully fix any problems.

Let us know if this has corrected the problem.

No dice. I seem to have found the issue.

Apparently when I started the run, the time and date were not properly synced. It looks like the device synced during the middle of my run, causing a discrepancy between my start and end times. I don't think there's anyway to retrieve the correct data.
