On off button

The only off button is not working and I'm stuck in an exercise program can't get back to the watch mobe

I spoke to customer service on Saturday, had the best customer service
experience ever the guy was great, and decided that the problem couldn't be
resolved so he's sending me a new tracker, thanks for getting back to me
though

@Chill1947 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Are you still stuck in the exercise mode? Are all the buttons unresponsive? The home button (the one on the left) should get you back to the watch mode. Give me an update so I can investigate further to help you out.

@Chill1947 I'm so glad to hear that you will be back on track very soon! Once you receive the new one, follow these steps to set up a replacement device for you to not loose any of your previous information (check link at @SteveH's post).
