Aloha, I love inn Kauai but I purchased my fit bit @Target My band broke with in a week last January but they won't return it without the serial number   

How can I get it please? 

I have most of the packaging but. It the part with the serial number.

Also who wants the serial number? I have never been asked for it by FITBIT

 

@GaleForceKauaiAlso Fitbit never asks for the serial number as they can see it on your account
