Hi there all,  I have tried everything.  My surge rejected my phone today.  It has worked flawlessly for over a year and tomorrow is the end of a competition and I cannot sync.  I have switched phone and fitbit off and rebooted.  I have checked settings and bluetooth.  when I search blue tooth, it finds surge but rejects pairing.  I am pretty clueless with IT but have tried every obvious thing.  Can anyone help please. tx (android)

@Itilliterate,

If you recently did upgrade to Android 6.0, you may have to turn on location services before it syncs.

Is there any chance there's something else in the room that has bluetooth (laptop or tablet)?  If so, turn those off and then try again.

I hope this helps.

Is it possible your phone was recently upgraded to Android 6.x?
