I have purchased 5 Fitbit Surges for family...all not working due to various issues..band broken, overheating, burning skin and completly black screen.  I was willing to try the newest, greatest Ionic...fitbit not willing to offer replacement discount...Garmin ...here we come $$

Were the trackers purchased new or secondhand?

 

If new and under warranty, malfunctioning trackers normally gets replaced depending on how it broke.. (it's up to fitbit to decide).

 

Did you contact them from the official contact page?
