I got cought out in a bad rain storm.  I put my surge in my pocket but it still got wet.  It worked fine when I got home but after about an hour it started vibrating and the screen was totally blank but the green lights were still flashing.  I plugged it up to the computer and I tried to reset it but nothing is working, please help

Odd... The surge should be ok in the rain... I ran in the rain today- no problems...

Is your band cracked? Check on the back side around the screws ..

No cracks no imperfections at all. It still links to my phone but the screen will not work at all. I can't tell if there is moisture in it or not

Have you tried resetting the device? Hold down the left button and the bottom right button for ~30 seconds

Same thing just happened to me yesterday.  Only part of the screen lights up and it looks all wonky.  It seems to still track everything just fine, but I can only tell by syncing it to my phone.  It wasn't even a bad rainstorm!  Just a normal one, monsoon season hasn't hit in Korea yet.  I've only had this thing six months, I'm pretty upset that something so expensive could get ruined by a little bit of rain.

Hi there everyone @AVasyuta @tinagunn211 @SunsetRunner! Good to see you around!

I would recommend putting your tracker in a bowl with rice for it to absorb any moisture inside the tracker.

If after 24-48 hrs it is still not responding, I would recommend getting in touch with the Support Team for them to help you with this.

Let me know how it goes!
