Glad to know that you're able to pair your tracker to your Fitbit Account. About the issues with the battery, please try these steps to confirm that the tracker have updated the firmware version correctly. Thanks for the troubleshooting steps you've tried, you can also take a look of these tips to help your Fitbit's battery life and check the correct way to charge it and for how long too.
If the issue persist, please confirm how many hours a day you're tracking exercises using GPS option.
