Recomendation for Surge v/s blaze

Greetings fellow members,

 

I am a charge HR user and planning to get one more device for my wife. I am not able to decide between blaze v/s surge. I like the color screen and fitstar, but dislike the size and currently no deal, since this is new.

On other hand surge is coming for just 20 bucks more and have inbuild GPS, but looks better in terms of dimension. Also the 20 bucks will be adjusted with the online shopping cashback, so more or less I am getting bth devices for $200, one has color screen and other got inbuilt GPS.

 

All other sesors are same as well as they both use same technology for heart rate. If anyone have used both those devices please share your experience to hel me deciding next device for me.

Thanks for pointing me towards the strap issue, probably I will start trying charge HR for few days and see apart from strap what other things I am having isssues. My spose reports that the HR is reporting more steps, so will compare that with some other pedometer steps on phone before jumping onto next fitbit device. Maybe also weigh in the microsoft band for now.
