Anyone know where you can send in a Surge to be refurbished? I’ve got one that only shows the logo or the low battery screen, no matter what I’ve tried.

Hello and welcome to the forums @VaTech75
These devices can't be repaired. Have you tried restarting the device a few times?

@VaTech75 In another thread, a user (maybe the owner of the repair company?) shared this link https://www.joesge.com/ that does Surge battery replacements for around $50. Personally, when mine croaks, I'll install it myself. There are batteries online for ~$10 and easy to follow instructions on YouTube how to do it. I recently refurbished my own One tracker and it's been wonderful (even better battery than when it was brand new; getting ~3 weeks between charges), and my Surge is still holding ~3 days, though when the Surge LiPo battery finally dies, it looks relatively easy to replace. Good luck! 😄

Thanks, Williger! JoesGE said they could fix my Surge, so I’m sending it in. I’ll repost if it happens!

You are incorrect. I just got my Surge back from JoesGE. They replaced the main board for $50, and it is fully functional.

Williger, thanks for the recommendation! My Surge main board was replaced by JoesGE. It’s now fully functional, and after I put a new band on it myself, it’s like brand new. $50 total; they paid for shipping both ways. A lot more cost effective than buying a new smart watch.
