Repenting purchasing Fitbit Surge

@YojanaFitbit my sister in law got a Fitbit Surge in around May this year and have been using it since. For past couple of weeks the battery just doesn't last for even 30 hours, I have been religiously following all the charging instructions but wondering why this problem has occurred. It is very frustrating as this problem has rendered the device useless. I bought the then costliest Fitbit device expecting it to give best performance however apparently it is not. This was surely not what was committed for this product. Is there any solution for this?

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Hi Wendy,

I have tried all of these but for no good. Have written to Fitbit customer service directly too, let's hope I get the support. An observation, even though I didn't want to accept the solution, it automatically did on my behalf. Thanks for the help though...
