Hi,
I got a replacement Surge as my old one the band broke. I want to set up my replacment Surge to the same account. When I follow instructions and get to the "Devices" screen on my Fitbit Dashboard, the Fitbit app tries to sync (I assume) with my previous Surge which I don't have anymore. I try to click on the "+" icon to add my new Surge but all I get is the device busy message. I have followed the various instructions posted but none seem to work. Can anyone help please?
