My band is cracked around two of the screws and I need to get a replacement band...where can I find replaccement bands?

Unfortunately the bands on the Surge are not replaceable as the electronics are built into it. To replace the band you need to replace the entire thing.

 

Are you still within warranty? See www.fitbit.com/returns for details.

 

If so then you could contact customer support to see if they will replace it for you:
