Does Fitbit HK provide wristband and charging cable replacement?

The Wrist band cant not be replaced.

 

But if the charger is in Warranty they should replace it. If not you can buy one in the store here. Link at the top of the forum

you can buy bands and chargers from 3rd parties such as evilbay.
do plenty of research on how to replace the band tho as it isn't as straightforward as some imply due to the gps antenna in one of the straps.
