Surge wrist strap bubbling

I am now on my second Fitbit surge and yet again the wrist strap has started to bubble. Can I still get this replaced

With this being the second surge that has now had the exact same problem, will this be replaced. The strap has bubbled across the bottom of the display screen exactly like the first one that I had replaced. If this is the case can you inform me exactly what I will have to do. I’m pretty sure that the last time I sent you a picture of the bubbling and I then received the replacement through the post. Any help will be gratefully received.

Replacements are covered for the remainder of the original warranty and the warranty runs for 12 months from the original purchase (or 24 months if you are in Europe).

 

The first step in an warranty claim is to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

I still have my original receipt dated 03 jan 2017 and my original surge, this being the replacement that has now bubbled will I be able to get this replaced again as it’s the exact same fault
