Looking for a bit info here. I have just recorded a new Surgeneration after mine had cracks on the band

The new one I've recorded today has a different band on it which is not as flexible (may be because it's brand new) and is a slightly different design, the old one had a section with writing etched in to it whereas the new one looks simply printed. Is this a new updated version? And will it become more pliable with use? It's too stiff to be functional

@smnoble It sounds like the band is the same material that the Blaze has because that is different to my Surge and after wearing it for a week I have noticed no irritation. Smoother and stiffer.

Thanks for the reply. I only received the Surge yesterday but so far don't find it comfortable at all....I'm hoping it softens up with use
