My Surge clock is 16 minutes behind time. No pressing of buttons allows me to reset the time. Is this a design fault ro should I ask to have my Surge replaced? Help please!

There are no settings for the time as it should update automatically every time you sync. Does your Surge seem to be syncing ok? Is the time correct on the device you sync to?
