Over what period is the resting heart rate calculated, for example, the current day, previous 24 hours, or a longer period? Thank you.

Hi, @jdhughes, your Surge calculates your RHR all day during times when you are awake, still, and have not been recently active, as well as overnight when you are sleeping.  If you keep an eye on it you may see that it updates during the day, indicating that it is continuously averaging those readings.  On your app each day you will see your RHR which I believe is an average of the readings during that 24 hour period.
